My first visit to the Sunhine Coast was in 1964 when I went to visit my Grandfather, a long time resident of Granthams Landing. During my regular visits I would often take my guitar and head out to explore the area. Inspiration was everywhere, walking in the woods, strolling along a beach or sitting on the pier at Roberts Creek watching the sunset. At first I would write down ideas, later recording ideas on a cassette, then an mp3 recorder and a video camera, I'd sift through the ideas and pick out the best parts. With each visit more music took form. Now, many years later the collection is complete.
